Category: UncategorizedTags: , , , , , , , ,

Valentine’s Day is so much more than the chance to let someone know how much you love them. It’s also an entire industry that supports businesses with hundreds of thousands of employees. Billions are spent annually on flowers, candy, jewelry, balloons and cards for Valentine’s Day, making it one of the sweetest days of the year for many retailers. Take a graphic look at Valentine’s Day…by the Numbers.

Dear Stan Reybern

I was wondering if I could get the source file :)
As someone who’s into graphical design etc. I certainly understand you don’t like sharing it. But I would like to cover this infographic in our school’s student newspaper’s Valentine’s Day edition. Our student newspaper/magazine is called ‘De Geruchten’ Dutch for ‘The Rumours’. It’s free for our 1000 pupils at school.
Because I’m from the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium I’d like to translate your work into Dutch and make the lay-out fit within our main lay-out. I would certainly name my source (you + this website) on a visible spot. At least as big as ‘BillShrink’ on the original.

Please don’t hesitate to contact me by e-mail, and thanks in advance!

Korneel, thanks for reading! If you want to save the infographic file from the page on our blog and embed it into your student newspaper, you’re welcome as long as you leave the BillShrink logo on the image and don’t make any changes. Hope it’s a success.
