I love sprint! The best part of Sprint is its free roaming. It has 100 percent free voice and web roaming. at home i can set my phone to roam on Alltel's network. when out of state at college I can roam on Verizon's network. So the way I look at it is that I get Sprint-Verizon-Alltel network access for one price. When I am in some dorm rooms there is no Sprint service, but there is Verizon.

The Sprint coverage and plan selection is not bad and are competitive with the other major carrier but Sprint's customer service is HORRENDOUS!. I never get straight answers about my bill, am overcharged very frequently, and worst of all the people at Sprint are very rude. I would not recommend Sprint to anyone who calls customer service frequently.

I agree with all the dissenters of Sprint out their. Their customer service sucks! I have been billed the wrong amount on many occasions and it is impossible to get the service representatives to help. They are incompetent and need to really pick up the slack.

One thing that Sprint has to do to keep up with the other carriers is provide customers with a better variety of cool new phones. Sprint needs to upgrade the old bad phones and give the people more choices when picking a new sprint phone

Sprint has its pros and cons. The pros being that they have a great variety of plans, they have free incoming call, and a decent coverage area. I also like their free roaming. The cons are that the plans are fairly expensive and sometimes I get some really poor signal strength in Green Bay where I am located.

The Sprint coverage and signal strength is pretty good but where I find fault is with Sprint's customer service. I hate it! The store personnel are not capable of handling questions and the phone personnel are not helpful. Sprint really needs to ramp up their customer service department.

I have been a customer for 11 years and I absolutely love sprint. They are the best value for your money hands down. They have always taken care of me and have always provided me with incentives to make me stay. One thing I recommend to user is if you look at Sprint's coverage map to see if you get good service in your area and then make your choice.

I switched to Sprint's Simply Everything Plan recently and I love it. The Simply Everything Plan offers me more features for about $20 less than I was paying for Verizon. Like all of the cell phone companies the Customer Service is horrible. Too bad that poor customer service keeps them from being the best company out there. Hopefully, they will make some changes soon and stop outsourcing their CS. It's hard enough explaining issues without having to overcome a language barrier!!

Sprint has good coverage, good plans, excellent roaming, EVDO is awesome. The cons are that the phones are not easy to replace and customer service is not very good

Sprint has great broadband coverage that is very good and cheap. The problem I have with Sprint is their CDMA technology, the dead spots in big markets and a lot of hidden fees. These hidden fees they don’t tell you about until you get surprised with your bill. The nickel and dime you a lot unless you keep on top of the bill.

I am very satisfied with Sprint. I have been a customer for 9 years and have no reason to switch carrier. Rural coverage is not very good (Middle of Kansas) but metro coverage is excellent. I seldom have dropped calls and that is great! Sprint needs to ramp up its phone selections in order to be the best

Sprint has some very good plans to choose from. Their call clarity is very good and their coverage is pretty vast. Their customer service on the other hand is abysmal.

I live in the Atlanta area. I don't understand why people always talk about Sprint's signal. I almost always have at least a bar, and honestly that's all I've found that I need. Not many people get a signal in the building I work in but I always have one. Even to go online with. Ability to tether or bluetooth as modem is awesome! Pricing is good. Plus they don't have that damn Verizon guy in the commercials. I have always beebn satisfied with Sprint. All the signal haters are just jealous.

Sprints phone choices are bad with their outdated features. They also have many dropped calls which I don’t particularly like. They do have good, easy billing and decent customer service.

I have been with Sprint for a little more than four year and I have been thoroughly pleased. Sprint offers pretty much coverage everywhere. I live in the Bay Area and get 4 bars consistently. They also have good priced plans, free roaming, free nights starting at 7 and even a free email address. What more could you ask for! Sprint is definitely on the rise.

Sprint is pretty good. The great thing about Sprint is that you can get free incoming calls which is great because I get many because of my business. Secondly, they have a great variety of plans which I find very cool. I signed up in 2000 for the Sprint 1500 which I am very satisfied with them. they dont have cool phones though.

Sprint is awesome! At home in Georgia while in some of the rural areas and sometimes on the freeway in the heart of the South I roam for free to get better signal. Since I can use all of the voice features and web features while roaming, I get the best of all three networks. Sometimes I set it to roam because Sprint's web access might be running slow. The fact that I can roaming for free is the reason I have used to switch my entire family to Sprint. To me I see things in a logical way. Why would I ever need to go with Verizon or Alltel when I can use their networks for free? This is a great feature

I've been with Sprint for almost a year now and I have to say it blows Verizon away! It has proven it can run with T-Mobile and Cingular. The phone selection was great, the activation and set up was cheap and easy. And to top it off Sprint is the only carrier that has service at my house! BIG BONUS!
