I think T-mobile is a pretty good cell phone company that has a lot to offer. Its plan pricing is really competitive and cheap. You get way more minutes than Verizon for the same price. That is a massive plus. However, coverage can be a little spotty at times. But every wireless provider has that issue. I will continue to stick with TMobile even after my current contract expires

I'd say that T-Mobile is decent. Not the best cell-phone company at all. They have their pros and cons. Pros are that they are relatively inexpensive and have a good selection of phone. Cons are that the wireless coverage sucks and I am without service regularly. I guess you pay for what you get.

I signed up for T-Mobile because of their pricing. It is really affordable. However, the service is spotty and I don't believe they have any 3G services. If you want a great pricing choose T-Mobile

I think the service is actually pretty good. The in-store service is unbeatable. I once had a problem with the battery on my phone. I took it into the store and they replaced it free of charge. That is great customer service. A+. I highly recommend using T-mobile as your cell-phone service provider. You won't be disappointed. You will be taken care of.

I have got to say that T-Mobile has the most affordable pricing. It sure beats out Verizon in the price department. T-Mobile also has a great variety of cell phones to choose from. I have been pretty impressed with them. The coverage can be a problem sometimes.

I love T-Mobile. The customer service is excellent compared to Cingular/AT&T. You get through to a service representative virtually without any waiting time, no matter when you call. For once they seem truly interested in helping you too. One time, I was unable to make or receive calls from my home because one of the cell site were down, and even though the problem was fixed in about 24 hours, the tech support agents gave me 300 bonus minutes and 150 free text messages for 60 days to apologize for the inconvenience. That is the mark of good service.

I hate T-Mobile. They tried to cheat me with their international roaming. I was abroad and I kept my Blackberry on and I just got killed with the roaming. When I called customer service, they put all the blame on me telling me that it happened from my phone even though roaming turns on automatically. T-Mobile is abysmal.

I get weak signal everywhere. There is rarely a place where I get full bars. I have got to say that that is pretty sad and discouraging. How can you like a cell-phone company where you can't even call? I tried switching my phone but that didn't help. I called T-mobile about there bad coverage and they said that they were working on it. Probably a marketing ploy

T-Mobile is a terrible wireless service provider. I consistently get no service at my house in at Stanford. What use is a cell phone if you cannot get service anywhere. The dropped call number is ridiculous. I can't believe T-Mobile can call themselves the best wireless provider

T-Mobile’s service is quite poor outside the major cities. I would tell rural folks to not get T-Mobile because cell phone service will be spotty. However within major cities, Tmobile is quite sound and effective, especially on the eastern seaboard.

You can't beat T-Mobile's monthly cost. They will also do anything for the customer. However, T-Mobile service is lacking and I don’t get service in places where other carriers do. It is pretty frustrating I have to say. I am constantly asking to use my friends phones because they have AT&T, while I have T-Mobile and I get no service while they get 5 bars.

I absolutely love T-Mobile. I think that it is the best cell-phone company out there. It sure beats out Verizon, Sprint, AT&T(Cingular), and Alltel. The service is amazing in my area and the plan pricing is cheap. Customer service is fantastic and they really help me out a lot. They listen to my problems and really try and help me. They even tell me where I can save money. Not many cell-phone companies do that. I am really impressed and I recommend T-Mobile to everyone out there who wants a wonderful cell-phone provider.

T-Mobile is a pretty solid carrier. They offer good service at a fraction on the cost. It's wireless service is great in urban areas but it varies in the rural areas. They have a pretty solid selection of cell phones as well, which allows me to chose any phone I want.
