I think Verizon is spectacular. I have only been with them for a year but they have always helped me along with great customer service. they supplied me with a free phone when my speakers and microphone broke on my LG EnV phone. They did it pretty quickly and everything was completely free. I’d say that is good customer service and the sign of a good wireless provider.

Although the service is good, Verizon is way too OVERPRICED. Plans, phones and add-ons are way too expensive. Features that are built into the phones are not free to use. In fact they are absurdly expensive. Text message prices are way to high. Verizon nickel and dimes me so much it is ridiculous.

I love Verizon and what it has to offer. It has great customer service with call centers, which seem to be in the U.S. Verizon does deliver and help me through my problems with ease. No fake accents, simply friendly and helpful. Verizon’s cell phone and plan prices are also quite reasonable, with a great selection of the hippest and hottest phones. It has great alternatives to the iPhone, with the LG Voyager and LG Venus too. Five years and I still haven’t been disappointed!

I think that Verizon is so-so. It has great service that is top class and very reliable. However, the cell phone service is a little on the pricey side and most of the features you have to pay for. Also the Verizon menu is kind of annoying and I can’t change it to a normal menu. Verizon’s cell phones are decent but not up to the quality of wireless providers such as AT&T, Sprint/Nextel, and T-Mobile. Overall I am pretty happy with Verizon but it does have it issues.

The Verizon network is simply the BEST! No other carrier can compare when it comes to network quality or coverage. Verizon is a bit pricey though... So its really great that Straight Talk now offers prepaid plans on the Verizon network at very low rates. $45 for unlimited talk, texts, data and free 411 calls! The Verizon network and Straight Talk prices combination works very well.

I have had some serious issues with Verizon's phones. I recently bought my first Verizon cell phone and the software and user interface wasn't user friendly and it was flawed. I went to return the phone and they said it was my fault. This is unacceptable, I had to go to the store manager in order to get a replacement and even that phone was flawed. Verizon sucks!!

Verizon is trying to make money off phone features that other wireless companies, such as AT&T and Sprint give you for free. I hope to see this go away as its competition adds more and more free features that Verizon phones SHOULD have. Regardless, I never have dropped calls, missed calls, or any reception related problems here in Silicon Valley with Verizon.

I'm ending my 12 year service relationship with Verizon. The cell service is spectacular. CDMA lock-in, greediness, ambivalence to customer loyalty, rude company-store employees, even worse national support reps, and sheer arrogance have me scrambling as fast as I can to ANY other carrier. I cannot disrecommend Verizon strongly enough. There are plenty of other carriers out there with quality networks now. Don't get tied into this company which couldn't care less about you as a customer - as long as your money is green.

Verizon is greedy and awful. They cheat me on my bill by overcharging me and charging me for things that I didn’t buy. Verizon tries and put things in my phone bill, hoping that I don’t catch it. When I try and fix the problem customer service wants nothing to do with it. They tell me that I am wrong and that I should watch my cell phone usage better. Customer service is completely unhelpful and will not help you get a refund on their scams. It is utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. I am going to switch to AT&T Wireless, Sprint/Nextel, or T-Mobile.

I rarely call Verizon's Customer Service; there was never a need to. I can’t remember a time where my bill was wrong or had a mix-up. I also never wanted to cancel my contract because I was pretty satisfied the whole time. Verizon's voicemail system is also a big plus. The lady does not talk too long and you can press 1 to skip straight to the message. When listening to the messages you can get more information on the message by pressing 5. Verizon has great reliable service that you can trust.

I have had Verizon for about four years and have not had a dropped call yet. I live on the edge of their service network in my area and the reception is great. However, there isn’t any rollover option with the cell phone plans. Also, their nights start at 9pm, unlike AT&T’s 7pm. That is kind of annoying, but the service makes up for it. If you want great cell phone service across the nation, choose Verizon.

I really like Verizon Wireless. Its wireless coverage is pretty good; it beats out AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile. Verizon has an extensive and excellent coverage area in the Bay Area with very few dead spots. I get much better reception with very few dropped calls. I think it is the best cell phone company out there and I recommend people to switch to Verizon. It is simply the best mobile phone provider I have ever used. If you are in the market for a new phone, consider Verizon.
