The battery is a bit disappointing along with some other features. It lacks a standard headphone jack and Bluetooth stereo. However, its capability to save login passwords impressed me a lot. Some may feel it's not important, but since I log in and log out frequently, I found this very useful.
The most amazing thing about G1 is its user interface and browser where web pages load faster and even the available applications are good. Even though I do miss the virtual keyboard, the keyboard present does a pretty good job and is much easier and faster to use than the iPhone screen.
I like my bronze version of G1 a lot, the internet speed is superfast and even you've loads of free applications to browse over. Accessing web is an experience of its own with a very easy to use interface. There's an application where you can create your own ring tones or even take a MP3 song and cut out the portion you like and create your own ring tone.
