If you are switching from a different carrier to AT&T Wireless you can keep your current cell phone number. Our retail partners can help you port your number and cancel your existing service. Also, please note that you can change your mind if necessary; AT&T Wireless's trial policy is the following: If service is cancelled within 3 days, activation fee will be refunded. If service is cancelled within 30 days, early termination fee will be waived. Phones obtained at time of activation may also need to be returned.
